In a recent survey, patients were asked three questions about patient satisfaction by Hospital Consumer Assessment of Health Providers and Systems (HCAHPS). The results were publicly reported on the government’s Hospital Compare website.
The questions asked pertained to patient’s 2015 and 2016 experiences with Dr. Hill and were:

- During this hospital stay, how often did doctor’s listen carefully to you?
- During this hospital stay, how often did doctor’s explain things in a way you could understand?
